LEED

  • We have done several LEED projects and can design your projects Landscape design and Irrigation design to achieve 2 to 4 LEED Points 

 

  • We do all of the Landscape / Irrigation Calculations and "Narrative" for the LEED Submittal       

Consultation

  • Preliminary Project discussion/review to identify goals and avoid easily forseeable problems 
  • Project Budgeting and Value Engineering to make sure everyone gets the most for their money and doesn't needlessly over-pay for something they don't really need 
  • Project inspections and analyses. We can look at the project during construction to make sure things are going properly or we can inspect a completed project even if it wasn't one we designed and provide you with a written report on the situation including recommendations.
